Formerly the Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of Chase Corporation Australian Property Group, Mr Shutes holds a B.Comm (UNSW) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr Shutes is an experienced Director/Chief Financial Officer with specializations in company structuring, finance, accounting and Corporate Governance. He is also a Director of Avviso Public Relations, a leading public relations agency. |

Mr Peter Wicks is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr Wicks has had extensive experience in the natural resources sector and more recently as a property developer. Mr Wicks was a long-term finance director for a large company operating in the oil and gas sector. He was also a director of a number of oil & gas companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has been both an executive and non-executive director of a number of mineral companies, including Perseverance Corporation Pty Ltd where he was a non-executive director from 1994 to 1998. Mr Wicks is currently Chairman of ASX listed company Republic Gold Limited and director of Drillsearch Limited (ASX listed) and Permo-Drive Technologies Limited (Unlisted public company). Peter joined the ETT Board on 23rd May 2008. |

Mr Williams has 26 years of experience as an investment banker having been Head of Corporate Finance at the investment banks Ord Minnett Securities Limited and BZW Australia Limited. He is currently a principal at the boutique corporate advisory house, Carling Capital Partners. He has a background in providing strategic advice to both corporates and government and has very strong expertise in the disciplines of balance sheet and asset class financing, legal documentation and corporate governance. He studied Law and Commerce at the University of NSW and initially worked in tax for the Chartered Accountancy firm, Ernst & Whinney. |
